Yorkshire and Humber Focus Group

Cancer Care Review

All patients and carers welcome

Thursday 18 February - 10am – 12.30pm

Hatfeild Hall, Aberford Road, Wakefield, WF3 4JP

Free refreshments & lunch are provided

The Yorkshire and Humber Strategic Clinical Network is working with health professionals and patients to look at the Cancer Care Review. A cancer care review should be undertaken by your GP within six months of diagnosis. We would like to invite patients to attend a focus group to discuss what the Cancer Care Review should include and what improvements you would like to see.

Our aim is to provide high quality services and support to everyone, regardless of where they live within Yorkshire and Humber.

The focus group will be in an informal and relaxed manner and is your opportunity to contribute to improve services for cancer patients.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Please come along and take part.
