During these times you can contact the surgery by telephone or by calling in to reception. Please note that although the surgery opens earlier on a Tuesday the telephone lines will remain closed until 08:00.

Additional Closures

Please note that the surgery closes between 12:00 - 13:00 on Tuesdays and all afternoon on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

 

When We Are Closed

The practice is not responsible for your medical care during this period. This service is commissioned by Leeds Primary Care Trust. If you require emergency treatement out of hours please call the surgery number and you will be redirected.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

St George's Centre

Minor injuries can be treated at St George's Centre, St George's Road, Middleton  LS10 4UZ. The telephone number is 0113 3929800 and the centre is open between 08:00 - 21:00 Monday to Friday.
