Surgery Times

GPs offer surgery appointments early morning, mid day, evening and late evening please ask reception staff for more detail.

Patients are able to book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance.  You can also ring on the day, but if you choose to do this, we are unable to guarantee the clinician of you choice or time of your choice.  All surgeries are by appointment.  The surgery closes at

12 – 1pm on Tuesdays and all afternoon on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

Out Of Hours

The practice is not responsible for your medical care during this period.  If you require emergency treatment out of hours, please ring the surgery number and you will be redirected to the OOH service.  Alternately you can ring NHS direct on 0345 605 999 or access www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk

For minor injuries you can attend St Georges Centre, St George’s Road Middleton, LS10 4UZ Tel 3929800 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday.

DISABLED ACCESS

There is parking for the disabled at the back of the building.  The centre is fully accessible for all disabled patients and includes disabled toilet facilities.
